Rooms were very spacious and clean. Apartment had all the amenities needed, even a washer/dryer combo that actually worked well and left the clothes dry. Staff is excellent with help and always greeted with a smile.

This hotel was right in the heart of Namba so close to the train stations and tons of restaurants. The staff was very friendly, kind, and helpful. We loved having the washer/dryer in our room so we could do laundry while we were out. There was also a kitchenette fully stocked with everything you would need to cook, but we didn't have time to cook while we were there for 2 nights. The shower was excellent. We liked having the ecofriendly slippers provided which had a thicker sole and can be rewashed. The room was a very good size for a hotel in Japan. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of choices, both Japanese and Western. The hotel was extra secure because you needed to use your key card to access the elevator floor that you are supposed to be on. We definitely would stay here again the next time we are in Osaka and would highly recommend to our friends/family.

Second hotel for my trip so the washing machine & dryer is a saver for us as we can throw the clothes in and go to sleep. Overall the room is quite clean except the toilet and kitchen area have slight smell (I am sensitive to smell). Bed is abit small for 2 adults and 1 3 years old kid to sleep together. They only can add on sofa bed outside the room which don’t work for us. Overall stay is decent

Love that we have a lot of drawers/ areas to store our clothes. Love the smell of the provided laundry detergent- I even had to ask reception the name of the detergent. Love all the amenities provided. The staff are WONDERFUL, especially SHIELA during our buffet breakfast which was included in our stay. Love the breakfast food- so much variety. However, we noticed the bed is hard for us to sleep on. It is too firm for us. But overall, I preferred this hotel than the one where we stayed at Tokyo for the rest of our Japan vacay. I would definitely book here again if we do come back to Osaka again ❤️

Convenient and walking distance to train stations, shopping and Dotonbori. The property is clean and spacious and it's like having a mini-apartment with fully furnished kitchen and washer/dryer. The actual room was smaller than I expected but everything else was great. Having a full kitchen and laundry in room was perfect with a young child. Room had enough space for her to run around and staff was helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend and will return the next time we’re in Osaka.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are super spacious and clean. The location is prime, right next to Namba station and walking distance to Dotonbori and Kuroman markets. The breakfast was great. The staff was kind. Would stay again and recommend to anyone staying in Osaka!

The rooms were spacious and appreciated the kitchenette and laundry options in the room. We also had a quiet room which was greatly appreciated. The location was very close to the Namba station and the mall, with lots of shopping, dining options. The one improvement I would suggest is better ventilation in the bathroom as it always felt a bit damp and muggy in the bathroom despite the AC and de-humidifier being on in the room.

We booked 2 bedrooms unit, the space is amazing compared to usual Japan hotel. Check in staff was unwelcoming, however the Hotel supervisor was great in the Service recovery! Location is great, just opposite Airport Express, Mcdonald is just across the street. Lawson and many eateries below hotel.
