An excellent location - whole lot of transportation, restaurants, shops nearby. You can be easily immersed into the Osaka’s energetic vibe day and night. The staff was extremely supportive and attentive, and the room was exquisitely clean. Highly recommend!!

A short walk away via walkway from Osaka & Umeda stations, it’s in the same building as two department stores and surrounded by more. There are a lot of places to eat as well. I’d definitely stay again when I go back to Osaka.

Nice hotel
Hotel in the heart of Umeda - easy access to transport and shopping. The hotel is expansive and many people coming and going in the lobby. We enjoyed the location but the lifts were annoying with having to take two separate lifts to get to hotel, then another up to your room. Room was comfortable and clean, we liked the separate toilet from shower.
