The hotel was built in 2023, so everything looks very new, modern and beautiful. The room is highly equipped with advanced technology such as the touchscreen control panel that controls lighting and thermostat. The room is also very spacious but cozy. We loved the lounge and bar area where you can get a variety of self serve beverages including an automated espresso machine that makes delicious coffee drinks with perfectly frothed milk layer. The hotel is located about 10-15 minutes to the famous Dotonbori area, many amazing restaurants and a 24 hour Ichiran Ramen. We can’t wait to visit Japan and stay at Hotel KEIHAN NAMBA again.

Amazing hotel, clean rooms, great location next to a lot of dining options. The lobby has a large selection of complimentary drinks and a lot of seating. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Would return.

The property was okay, decent amenities. The area around it wasn’t very nice. Not a lot of nice places to eat, you have to walk at least 10 min to find a good spot. The lobby was always crazy busy. The other guests at the hotel were obnoxious as well, always forcing themselves past you. Had originally planned to stay in Osaka until later in the day but after the first night we booked the first train out of the area.

One of my favourite properties in Osaka
Great location if you want to be close to everything in Osaka. Walking distance to many of the attractions, and very close to multiple train lines. We’ve stayed here a couple of times and always had positive reviews. Would definitely book this for a longer stay if there was a preferred rate for seven days

Very nice hotel that definantly lives up to its name. The layout of the reception from the main floor is odd but minor. Great rooms and accommodations but personally I had a hard time sleeping.

Much much better than i expected. Quietest hotel I've stayed in. even though next to train tracks i didn't hear a thing, not even vibrations transmitted through foundation as some reviewers of next door Centara claim and i had experienced at splaisir yokohama. They put me on inside side, on 9th floor. Also even though my room was next to elevators and my snoring travel companion next door, there was no transmission through the walls! Amenities were luxurious and bathroom was clean.

It was a really nice place with plenty of dining and shopping options around the area. They also had a laundry room available and the ability to check if the machines were occupied from your TV! Saves you from having to go up and down just to check if there's anyone else using them.

The hotel provided some awesome amenities. The shampoo, condition, and bodywash smell so good. I had to search up the brand and end up buying myself some perfume. Love their self services club lounge, too. The bad side is the location is really out of no where. Our taxi has a hard time finding the place due to no street. It is kind of far out from the subway station.

The hotel was so dirty. So much dust everywhere, like thick dust piles. Every other staff member was nice but the cleanliness was subpar for sure. Osaka has so many hotel options, I would never stay here again.

It was a really nice place. The room was a decent size. We used the washers and they worked well. The area was walkable to the locations that we wanted to visit. It was also close enough to subway stations.

Booking a superior room gets you access to a little lounge with free drinks/snacks. The Smart TVs allow for mirroring from phones/tablets. The location is excellent near Shinaekai, Namba Parks and Dotonbori. Room was a good size, wet room especially was very good.
