This hotel was fantastic. We stayed here for 6 nights. The bed was SUPER comfortable, the staff were friendly and the hotel is located close to lots of great dining options. It's a short walk to the train station entrances too.

Good hotel, great location.
Room was a good size, beds very comfortable and a nice space. The hotel is in a great position. Near Umeda station and a very cool location with lots of bars and restaurants. We really liked the hotel. They only do breakfast, not dinner or room service but you don’t need it as there are so many restaurants in the area. Also taxis outside. No iron or spoons in the room. We really enjoyed the stay. Front desk service was average for our initial check in.

Quality stays with wonderful breakfast and sauna
Location: Very convenient! Metro station nearby. Whity Umeda (huge underground mall) nearby. Lots of restaurants available. Room: Clean, modern and well equipped. Comfy bed and a bidet. Room size felt a bit small but I assumed this was a standard size in Japan. Breakfast: One of the best breakfasts ever! Endless high quality food were carefully prepared. Especially the Japanese cuisine was extraordinary. Wonderful experience and services. Sauna: Visited the public bath house and sauna every morning and evening. This not only compensates the small sized room bathroom but also felt like a small luxury. Staffs: They were all very kind and helpful. Last but not the least, great value for money. 10/10

The room size was great, honestly a lot bigger than what i expected, although the bathroom and bathtub was small, but it wasn’t too cramped. The hotel has lots of floors so getting in an elevator was sort of tricky since there are only 3 elevators. The train station also wasn’t too far and a pretty easy walk.

BUYER BEWARE - Expedia lists this hotel as a 4 star but it is in fact a 3 star hotel! Hotel room felt dirty (carpet, bed, curtains, throw pillows/bed accessories), sheets were sticky, complimentary water tasted weird, water pressure sucked and staff were generally unhelpful. However, it is a great location.
