I loved my stay here. This hotel is DIRECTLY connected to the closest subway station, so you don't need to step outside to get here. There is an elevator directly from the underground to the lobby. This is right in the central shopping area of Osaka. Great access to restaurants, as well as Dotonburi (although it's touristy). I recall the bed being a little small for two ppl but that's just how Japan rolls. The bed was also nice and firm and i didn't have any back pain from sleeping.

Eto the concierge had been most helpful in making for us reservations at restaurant, tours and any inquiries we may have. The bell girls and the doorman extremely courteous, efficient and pleasant. Housekeeping so efficient Thank you all for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend the hotel for all the above and the location too.

Stayed at Hotel Nikko Osaka for 6 nights for vacation. Location was perfect and numerous restaurants close by. Felt safe walking by the hotel at night and early morning. Hotel has great staff. Shout out to Antonio who welcomed us upon arrival and luckily he was there when we checked out to help us with our luggages. This hotel is highly recommended for travelers.

It was our first time in Japan and stayed for 6 nights at this hotel. The staff are very friendly…thank you Antonio for the warm welcome and patience to all our questions. Special thanks also to Bukari who has been giving us directions for places of interest. Location is great for shopping and close to a lot of restaurants. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Compared to other hotels in Japan and the surrounding area, the staff here was the least accommodating and respectful of them all. Room was terribly small; when I called and asked for a different room, they were sold out and couldn’t upgrade and didn’t even attempt to look, but when I spoke to someone else, we were ungraded and there were bigger rooms available, just depended on who you spoke too and who was actually willing to put effort forward. They are not accommodating and over priced for what you are getting. There are better options for less. Only good thing is the location and being walkable to many cool places.

Very nice hotel in great location. Found some cleanliness issues (grout line in shower was black and there was a used false eyelash left on the nightstand), but other than that, it was great! Very spacious rooms vs the others we stayed in.

Amazing hotel located in a prime location conveniently located above exit 8 of shinsaibashi station. Bed and pillow were super comfortable (medium firmness) as opposed to most japanese hotel hard beds. The superior twin room has modern shower/tub separate from the sink. Space wise can't complain for a hotel room in Japan.
