I booked through Expedia recommened by friend that it's a great hotel, iand t clearly stated that it's fully refundable that's why I booked the hotel. Due to my traveling dates conflict, I wanted to reschedule the dates for the stay in the hotel but the hotel said it's not refundable and if I want to change the dates then I have to go through the whole booking process again and the previous booking will be cancelled and not refundable. Expedia and this hotel is a scam.

The staff is very respectful and helpful. The hotel is located conveniently in the local train station. Our room was very tight for 3 people. Barely enough room to open the luggage.

Right at Sinsaibashi, it’s a few steps away from the the Mido-Suji line which connect its to Namba and Umeda. Right across is Daimaru which has Muji, Tokyo Hands, Tsuruya Golf and other stores. Many Japanese restaurants are also nearby as well as Shake Shack. Behind it is a Family Mart and there is a 7-11 nearby. It’s not the cheapest hotel but still reasonable. This is my second time I stayed here this year and they do not fail.

Our room has a gorgeous view of the city at night. The room was very luxurious for the price we paid. Beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. There are plenty of delicious restaurants in and around the hotel, as well as both luxury and affordable shopping. I would absolutely stay here again!

Hotel was good, very spacious and close proximity to a lot of tourist spots. Convenient access to the subway. My only con was the air conditioning was defaulted to 20C as the lowest option and it was fairly hot for us.
