A place to stay
Its a good location near almost about everything you need. Local restaurant, shopping center and besides a convenient store FAMILY MART. The breakfast is not really free but they have good coffee and snacks plus accessible commodity. Safety is not an issue. Its quite and they have luggage transfer. I will go back to Karaksa but now in TOKYO!!!

One of the best part of our Osaka trip was coming home to our hotel. Love the clean rooms, free unlimited drinks 24/7, welcome snacks, very friendly/helpful staff, and daily breakfast buffet. Already recommended the hotel to our friends planning a visit to Osaka next year.

Urine smell toilet.
Good location. But crowded area put stress on the holiday. Toilet always smell of urine even after cleaning. I don’t know why. I have 2x 3 single beds bedroom connected. 5adult 2 children of 2 and 5. I find it too cramp. Small vanity and shower area. If I have to choose again. I will go to Mimaru suite which is slight more expensive.
