This hotel has everything you could ever want, and then some so close to transportation attractions dining options. It is a massive and incredible hotel with so many on-site options. The rooms are a really great size full of wonderful amenities. This was our favourite hotel out of her entire Japan trip.

A very nice hotel just across the street from the station and one stop away from Universal Studios. There are helpful staff everywhere in the main lobby and there were plenty of amenities, where if we had the time, I would have gone to use them.

My wife an I stayed for 3 nights. The hotel ticks most of the boxes for a 4 star hotel. But, in house dining is limited to a very expensive café and limited room service. For this reason it makes you feel isolated. You will need to walk to the Universal Central station which has a large selection of food outlets and dining options as part of the forecourt to Universal studios Osaka. JR railway station is across the road and is convenient and well service by trains all day.
