Our VIP hotel room was beautiful and always clean. It had everything we needed and more. My only complaint was the Wifi was terrible - things were so slow to load if they would load at all. I ended up using my data and then having to hotspot. Not ideal, particularly for the VIP experience.

The Park Front Hotel is great, Firstly with the negatives, There are little to no negatives other than the room is slightly outdated and a bit empty. other than that everything else was great! The lobby looked spectacular, and the lifts to the rooms had these cool, spinning clocks each illuminated differently. The buffet is gargantuan and the chefs are great. I made lots of friends at the hotel, especially the Sushi Man who had really quick hands and was super nice. All the hotel staff were helpful with any problems we had during our 7-night stay. I would highly recommend going here, even more so if you have kids due to the amazing location next to Universal Studios. And there is a train station 1 minute away from the hotel, (less than 40 meters away). All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed this stay!!

It was very close to Universal Studios, the buffet food was delicious, the staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the bathroom and shower water were especially good. There was a convenience store right below the hotel, so it was very convenient.

The hotel was right in front of universal studios and had a 24 hr Lawson downstairs. Staff were nice, breakfast was good and the view from the top was beautiful. Clean comfy beds and a nice, sturdy crib was provided for my baby. Loved it here and recommend if you are going to universal for more than 1 day

Such a great hotel! 5 stars! Convenience of the trains and taxi's are right outside the hotel. If you're going to USJ you can re enter the park same day with proof of hotel stay and ticket purchase for that day. Lots of shipping and food options. Staff is so helpful and friendly.
