This was absolutely perfect! The location was awesome right next to the subway station. Everything's in walking distance food, mall, Starbucks, 7-11, and the castle. The breakfast was awesome so much delicious food and the coffee, latte, matcha machine was a bonus! The rooms spotless the staff incredible and they have a very a really cool gym. Definitely coming back to this hotel!

Nice hotel next to metro
This hotel is literally one of the best choices in Osaka. You're next to a metro station, a super market and a restaurant. On the booking website it is displayed with 4-stars. According to Google it has 3-stars. I'd say it's really in between but much closer to 4-stars. Cleanliness was at its best. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was nice with plenty of options to eat and drink. Last, welcome drinks was offered.

We loved this hotel. The rooms were spacious and the amenities were all renovated and spotless. Very close to public transport and an easy walk to all the Osaka attractions.

Our stay at this hotel was good. The room was comfortable, lots of amenities available in the lobby like skincare kits, facemasks, hairbrush, etc. There’s a free welcome drink included and they have little activities in the lobby like a Short Film showing and a DJ night. Free coffee and tea included as well. The one downside was that there are only 3 washing machines in the laundry room for the whole hotel. It’s definitely not enough and we spent some time waiting to get a wash. All in all a good stay, right by the kitahama station.

Very conveniently located next to a metro/train station, which made getting around easy. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the area around the hotel was much quieter and more peaceful than the more central, tourist-y areas in Osaka. Really appreciated the complementary tea & coffee and the great amenities provided. I think we went to the Family Mart downstairs every day to pick up snacks and other necessities -- so great to have that option!

Stayed here twice on one holiday trip and both times it was superb! The area is amazing as well as the local transport. It’s within acceptable walking range of everything noteworthy of visiting and a subway line right beside the hotel if needed. Great and polite staff, tidy room which are pretty spacious. Highly recommend!
