The room was very large and excellent. The shower and bath were especially wonderful after a full day of walking. The staff were friendly and held our bags in the morning while we wandered during the day. Beds were some of the comfiest of any of the hotels we stayed in.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Royal Park Canvas - Kitahama. The location was perfect with both a convenience store and station next door. The buffet breakfast had some great options and all the additional extras that the hotel offered were a welcomed bonus. We will definitely be back to stay at this hotel next time we’re in Osaka.

Modern and clean. Right next to a metro station. There is a building with a bunch of small bars across the street of you at looking for a night cap.

The hotel is right next to the Osaka metro station Kitahama which makes getting around easy. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was the cleanest I think I have ever stayed in. I would use this hotel again for any trip to Osaka as the price was good for the length of stay.

This was a wonderful hotel, clean and sleek, walkably close to several different transit lines and with a conveniece store on the first floor right next to it. Absolutely no complaints except the laundry facilities are kind of annoying because the machines are expensive and you end up competing with people to get your loads in (not enough machines) and the dry feature barely works

Most hotels in Japan are very small, but our room was spacious. Very luxurious hotel with a high end restaurant, cafe, bar, gym and hot bath. Beautiful views of the water. Staff is very courteous, professional and friendly.

This my favorite hotel while staying in Japan. The rooms in this hotel were large enough for two people and suitcases. The hotels bathroom was clean and modern and the toilet paper was not thin like many places in Japan. It also did not look like a plastic toy. They had a cafe machine on the reception floor and it made great cafe drinks unlimited!! One of our favourite things part of the trip. Lounge area was comfy. Wifi everywhere and it had a smart tv. Laundry machine updates were provided on the tv or a site. Everything about this hotel went smooth, easy, clean and felt luxurious !! I would recommend adding more items to the menu as the hotel doesn’t have a lot of restaurants opened late around the area. Best part of this hotel is a subway on one side and a family mart on the other!
