Great price for a nice hotel. Not walkable distance to the shopping and dining areas, but conveniently located next to a metro station. Quiet location and clean property.

A nice and comfortable room. It’s what you’d expect of a standard Japanese hotel in terms of size but it has a very nice and large western-style bathroom. The only weird thing was that there was a lot of dust accumulated in the shower fan which was kind of gross😭😭😭 but I didn’t feel like the cleaning was really skimped out on in any other part of the room. The beds were also very comfortable. The staff at the front desk were a little lukewarm, but if I had to guess it could be because they maybe weren't confident in their English skills? I have no idea. Also they have like, all these bottled waters at the bar but they’re weirdly funny about giving them out. I just want a water man… not to mention that there wasn’t a water refill station to my knowledge. So it felt weird to be so stingy about giving them to guests. Eco friendliness or whatnot I guess. There’s also only 3 washing machines for 10 floors of guests. Started to feel like an every man for himself type situation. It’s about a 20 minute walk to central Umeda from the hotel, or roughly 20 minutes on the train to Namba station. Which isn’t so bad! It’s right next to a train station and the walk/area is really nice. Overall, a nice place to stay :)

The property is vey close to a subway station and is very convenient for getting around. The hotel was very clean although there were some small dents to the carpet in the room. The breakfast is okay, mostly western style. The check in/out process is done through an ATM like machine, which made the whole process a little bit too mechanical.

Nice hotel I’ve stayed at multiple times.
Good location right next to subway line providing easy access to Shin-Osaka to N and Namba, etc. to the S. Has solid gym with free weights. Breakfast is a cost-effective add-on option. Love the waterfall shower & laundry (with easily monitorable status on room TV).

1000% would stay again!
Travelled with my sister and stayed for 8 nights - great location with lots of restos nearby, short walk to Yodoyabashi Station, which is on the Midosuji metro line that takes you to all the important places, and, most importantly, a Family Mart right next door. Room cleaning is mandatory every 3 days, which worked great for us. The room itself was a great size (lots of space to open 2 large hardside suitcases), except for the entryway, which was really cramped. Beds were super comfy and the firm pillow was amazing. Temperature control also simple to use. The laundry room is a bonus (there's an option on the tv to see which machines are in use and for how long), but be prepared to wait, as there are only 3 machines (also important to note that the machines only take 100 coins, so go to reception if you need to exchange other coins); the dryer function is terrible if you're washing a lot of stuff, as you will probably need to pay for extra drying time.

Good location and nice lounge
Hotel check in process was good with fast service. Their lounge area is amazing! Great way to relax and get some refreshments. They give you a complimentary drink per guest so it was nice to have some sake over the outside balcony. Close to the train station. Room was small, nothing spectacular, but that's probably how it's like for most affordable Japanese hotels. Great for a solo traveler, good for a couple. Nice location.

Quiet and well connected
Great hotel - very busy with international guests but great service from the staff and no long waits for check in. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated, very quiet and have nice bathrooms. Glad we chose to stay in this part of Osaka - it was quiet and very close to nice park areas for morning strolls, but also really well connected to subway lines for quick travel to the busier and more touristy parts of the city.
