The location is great to get around walking or use the train. It is also a great location to shop for designers brands. About a 25min walk to Osaka central (food, shopping & bars). However for the hotel itself, the breakfast was very very poor. Food is not kept hot and we disliked the breakfast so much we skipped out on the last 2 days even though we paid for it. I would not recommend purchasing the breakfast package. Staff is friendly and room is on the bigger side.

First time in Osaka
Front desk was disappointing and unprofessional. The room is small and dated , and the bed was not that comfortable . This trip was kind of our anniversary. If you are going to stay here for your special occasion, I would not recommend it.
