Rooms were small and the layout was a poor design. There could have been more shelves and another chair would've helped. I found it strange that the check in counter was on the 18th floor. Good thing is it has a washer/dryer combo in the room and a microwave. There were a lot of restaurants around the place but they don't show up on goggle map. We found those restaurants when we walked around the place. It's about 3 1/2 blocks from the subway station Midosuji line which goes through the center of Osaka from Shin-Osaka station to Tennojii station. This hotel is about in the center 5 stops to Shin Osaka and 5 stops to Tennojii. The trick is to know what number exit to take to shorten your walk to your destination. Breakfast didn't have a lot of selections but adequate.

Everyone we encountered was so friendly! Some highlights we really enjoyed: Check in was fast and efficient, the agent explained the amenities on property I really appreciated all of the amenity kits offered at the front desk The washer and dryer in the room The breakfast buffett and the share lounge the luggage storage on the first floor. and lastly its in a great location, about 15 mins walk to dotobori and 5 mins to the train station entrance. Really great experience, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely be back!

The stay was disappointing given the reviews. It was noisy due to the relentless parade of motorbikes. Hardly slept. The breakfast is awful being cold and shocking quality and poor choice. kettle in the room but no tea or milk or coffee and when asked why, the language barrier went up. Bed uncomfortable and the duvet way to thick and hot for a hotel. Bathroom had someone else's hair in it in 3 places and the fan didn't work and the bathroom brace bar was loose. Really bad stay. I simply don't understand the reviews as our stay was awful

Perfect for a long trip
Great fresh feeling hotel. Clean and comfortable, washer/dryer is a great addition for long trips. Bathtub is a plus for soaking after a long travel day. Location is not the most central for Osaka, but it is a 6-8 min walking from the Honmachi station which isn't bad.

The hotel was located close to several metro stations which made arriving from Kansai airport a breeze. The staff were excellent & helped with our luggage forwarding as well. Amenities were great as there was a gym & most rooms had a washing machine. Bed was comfortable & ample space in the bathroom. There’s also a rooftop area where you can book space to chill out. Food options & shopping are easily within reach!

The reception/check-in area was weirdly placed on the 18th floor. Not really a problem, just new for me. The rooms were spacious enough for two and the in-room washer/dryer was super convenient. A Doutor coffee shop was directly across the street from the hotel and 7-eleven was one block away. There were also several train stations within walking distance making it convenient for exploring Osaka. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

This hotel is very quiet and clean. The room was larger than other hotels in Japan. The in room washer/dryer was very convenient. I recommend this hotel if you want to stay in a quieter area of Osaka. The metro entrance is is only a few minutes away.

Our room quiet, good to have washing machine, microwave oven. Bathroom good. Room small, bed comfortable but.as in many hotels in Japan difficult to place two suitcases. Wife and I neverthless managed and were satisfied with the stay.
