Absolutely amazing!! Our family of 4 (2kids2adults) had such a great stay here! Parking was super convenient, it’s a 2min walk away from 7/11 and 5min walk away from don quiote, and 8min away from a 6floor mall!! Was such a great stay. Free amenities at the front desk, free robes down by the desk too, and the service was excellent! Would definitely stay here again!! Our beds were a bit small for 2 people each, so we pushed them together and made a giant bed an slept on this. Tv could do screen share from iPhone, wifi was free, bathroom was great. Breakfast was delicious and they also encouraged takeaway on this too!!

The hotel is clean and breakfast is ok. One thing I disliked was that they nickel and dime you for every additional amenities. I booked the hotel with my 9 yr old son. I went to the front desk to pick up additional bath towel because they only provided one. They told me I have to pay a fee and I had to pay in cash. I did not have any cash on me and because the elevator takes a long time, I did not want to go up and come back up after a 10hr flight. Staff said they cannot come with me to my room as well. Other than that, it’s very basic but the room is clean. I was also in non smoking room but someone was smoking on my floor so my entire room smelled of smoke. I will probably not stay here again.

The hotel is not far from Jr loop line we are walkable. Only one stop station to Namba area. Check-in time allowed at 4 p.m. so if you arrive early you have to wait or leave the luggage at the reception area for sight seeing.

I like how it has 3 elevators to serve the guests. I like that the place for breakfast was in the second floor, one has an option not to get dressed for the day just to eat breakfast. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have jam to go with the bread and butter. I like that it has a nice view of the Osaka Tower. It is very near the zoo that if I had more time, I could have visited it.

Comfortable in Ten-noji, Osaka.
A free break first was a helpful service in the busy morning. This hotel has a coin laundry room. A remarkable thing there was, drying machines were big! So my clothes for one day was dried entirely in 10 minutes! Bath room was very cleaned up. Despite cyclic train noises, I could get a fine sleep.

Good value for money
Passable overall, but some hidden problems: 1. rooms aren't soundproof enough, especially those facing the railway. Tennoji is a very busy station and it gets noisy early in the morning; 2. location is good, but it's a long detour to get to the other side of railway (Tennoji Park). I didn't notice this at first when looking at the map; 3. plenty of Japanese style options for breakfast but barely any for western style. I wish they at least had milk and eggs.

Clean & Convenient hotel.
We stayed 3 nights, 15-18 May 2018. EXCELLENT free buffet breakfast. I chose this hotel because of the short 5-10 minute walk to 3+ train stations and Stop #10 on the Osaka Wonder Loop Hop on/off tour bus {used on 2-day pass}; near the tall Harukas building. Very compact room but clean. Large window to allow light but cannot see through it. Bed was comfortable for us. A value 3-star hotel, less than US$100/night. Great service, as expected. I would stay here again.
