This hotel is in a great location for highway proximity, and has the basic amenities. It is a little dated and the rooms are just ok. The tv was blurry so it made it hard to watch anything, the toilet wouldn't flush so my husband had to remove the lid on the tank and fix the arm so it would flush again, the mattress was ok, but definitely had a lean toward the middle resulting in very sore backs by the morning. The towels for the shower were tiny. Like really tiny. The staff were very friendly and checking in and out was quick and smooth. Overall, the stay was average and ok, but the hotel could use some updating.

It was a very bad experience, I booked 1 king bed but was given 2 twin bed room instead. Most of the stuff in the room was in a bad condition. Extremely rude front desk staff, main door latch was broken, AC filter was out, curtain rods were broken, microwave not working, shower head was not secured properly, was basin stopper was missing. I called the front desk lady to show all of these issues but she humiliated us and said we guys booked a cheaper room. She refused to provide any resolution or assist in any manner.

We stayed only one night. We unfortunately missed the pool it closed at 9pm. Our room wasn’t very clean. Couple hairs on the floor in the bathroom and just dirty in the corners everywhere —Gross but whatever it was a bit late to complain. The bedding had a subtle but weird smell to them and I didn’t sleep well because of it. The smell didn’t bother my husband. The TV was blurry LOL Overall, not a great hotel experience. The breakfast - not very good. We ended up just going to Timmy’s. I was also charged $5.85 for some fee or tax or something when I checked in. I’ve never been charged at the hotel when I book through Expedia. We won’t be staying here again. Not worth the money. This property is clearly older. I’ve stayed in many holder hotels and enjoy them. This one just needs a bit more care.

The mattress in my room needed replacement as it was worn and inclined. Also, if a guest doesn’t have a car, there are no restaurants or stores to walk to nearby. And no food or beverages available at the hotel.

Two things that did not work out. We booked an accessible room. While the bathroom was great, the bedroom did not have turning space for a wheelchair. Second thing - half an hour before breakfast service ended, there were no eggs or ham left and nothing was replenished

our family of 4 just stay for 1 night. the room is bigger than what we expect. Only 1 thing we don't like is the bed too soft. **free breakfast. but very less choices. The coffee is pretty good. suggest to try flat white coffee, nice!

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of the staff. We left a small bag containing valuable souvenirs at the hotel. When my husband called to inquire about it, the staff confirmed that the bag was in their possession and that they would keep it safe. However, when I called later, they denied having the bag and claimed they dispose of all lost items after a month. Additionally, they cut off the call on me. This inconsistency and lack of honesty are unacceptable. The staff's treatment was far from courteous or respectful. I would not recommend this hotel due to their poor handling of lost items and the unprofessional conduct of their employees.
