This is a beautiful hotel, staff are friendly and helpful, building is full of character. Breakfast buffet is simply amazing. Excellent stay and wonderful value for money in Oslo.

The hotel is in a great location, near everything downtown, great shopping, restaurants, and touristy sites, The people are very friendly and helpful, I got nothing negative to say (except maybe my bed was too soft .... :-)

This is a beautiful hotel! We arrived super early after our flight, about 7:30am, and were prepared to hang out until our room was ready. They ended up getting us a room within thirty minutes! Staff was super kind and friendly, and spoke beautiful English. The room was clean and very comfortable. The only con I can think of is that the towels were up very high. I had to really stretch to reach them, but I’m not even five foot, so I think most people wouldn’t have an issue lol Bed was comfortable, and I have back issues. I had no problems. I liked having a small chair in the room as I could sit and stitch. The area is close to everything…restaurants, shopping, parks, and even the pier (not the pier we came in at though). I use a small collapsible wheelchair to get around the cities and it fit in the elevator. Tight fit, but it made it. If you have a larger wheelchair, I’m not sure it would fit. I did appreciate that there was an elevator and that was a deciding factor in staying there. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!
