Excellent hotel, ideally suited for exploring the city, with location next to the bus station and central train station. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was well organised and excellent food. Room was very quiet and clean. We also enjoyed the pool and the gym. Highly recommend

I enjoyed my stay at the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable with a great view. Breakfast was fantastic. My only gripe was the very long queue and slow check in process.

We arrived at the hotel around 14:50 and there was a que and we stayed there for 40 min which is unbelievable not sure if there was some event or something that cause this but finally we have been given our key and got to the room and the big surprise was that the flush toilet push button was broken so we got moved to another room. Not one of the best experience. The location was also not the best due to the homeless but it was close to everything.

An awesome location. Airport fast train take right to central station four minutes walk to hotel. Central to all attractions. Nice, upscale hotel. Room large by comparison to most Europe accomdations. Staff are accomodating and friendly but does not go out of their way for any requests.

Overall stay was good, very convenient location across the street from the central train station. Very easy to get to and from the airport through the Fly to get speed train. Wish the bathroom was cleaned properly. There was hair on the walls.

Everything was good except for the check-in process. The check-in queue was very long and crowded. The queue extended to the entrance door, blocking people from coming in and out of the hotel. This is the first time we have experienced such a bad check-in.

Just a few steps from Oslo Central Station, use the pedestrian overpass to get to hotel if you walk from train station. Excellent breakfast spread, coffee maker in bedroom a plus! We got free upgrade to a room with a view facing the Opera House, room spacious. Safe, quiet and excellent customer service with smiles.
