When we arrived the outdoor cushions were left outside & the BBQ was dirty which I had to clean. When we left, we followed the cleanup instructions to the T. We cleaned the BBQ, washed all the towels, cleaned all the dishes..etc. They accused us of not cleaning the BBQ & breaking a coffee pot that we never used because we brought our own French Press so they charged us $75 for a trumped up & bogus accusations. The place was fly infested, the clock on the wall didn't work & this is what we get for doing their work. I do not recommend this place to anyone & will never go back there after these heinous accusations. I give this place 1 star out of 5!

Excellent stay at the villas!
We loved our stay at this property and certainly would recommend it for anyone looking to stay in Osoyoos. The location is great, as are the grounds and amenities. The villa was well stocked and had everything we needed. The wifi was a bit spotty but sufficient. For those with young kids, you will especially appreciate the large grassy yard and easy access to the pool and parking. Thanks again and we hope to be back in the future.
