The Condo is located in O' Sea and has a lovely enclosed garden and courtyard, very comfortable for children as they cannot leave this area. It has a spacious fully equipped kitchen, very cozy living area with dining area and full access to the sunny garden, 3 spacious bedrooms with space for 5 persons and 2 modern bathrooms! The orientation of the garden and terrace is very attractive towards the west. Book your stay now for a fantastic vacation!

Mängel im Detail
Moderne Wohnung in neuer Wohnanlage in guter Lage zum Strand und S-Bahn. Etwas steril eingerichtet und nicht sehr durchdacht ausgestattet. Wer selber kochen will wird schnell Grundlegendes vermissen. Die Töpfe sind zu klein für 4 Personen. Bis auf das Hauptschlafzimmer sind die Betten recht schmal - für Kinder aber ok. Der Duschkopf in der Badewanne schein falsch montiert, zumindest konnten wir ihn nicht bedienen. Wlan ist sehr schnell - leider nur im Erdgeschoss. Positiv dagegen sind Trockner und Waschmaschine - für Familien und/oder längeren Aufenthalten sicher hilfreich. Supermarkt und Bäckerei sind fussläufig erreichbar. Ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage des Hauses ist nicht enthalten. Wir waren über Sylvester dort und hatten keine Probleme an der Strasse zu parken. Dies ist an allen Tagen kostenpflichtig und zudem ist die Höchstparkdauer in der Saison auf 4 Stunden bzw. ausserhalb auf 8 Stunden beschränkt.
