It is a beautiful ground floor apartment with west-facing terrace with garden furniture and beach chair. It has a bedroom with double bed. The bathroom was upgraded in 2018 with a walk-in shower and new furniture.
In the living area is a sofa bed, so that an extra bed for an additional guest is possible. The fitted kitchen with dining area is integrated in the living area. The rent includes bed linen and towels (no change of linen). A pet is possible on request. There is free Wi-Fi.
The apartment has a parking space.

At Pentecost and Christmas / New Year's Eve the prices of the A-season apply.
For bookings of 7 nights over Whitsun, the price of B season applies.
On departure Saturday / Sunday in July / August a surcharge of EUR 22.00 will be added to the additional costs. When traveling with a pet, an additional fee of EUR 16.00 per pet will be charged. This fee is calculated after the down payment on the balance! In case of cancellation after the conclusion of the booking contract, a fee of EUR 56.00 will be charged. This cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit paid and the deposit still to be returned will be refunded. Bed linen (10 € / person) and towels (7 € / person) can be rented. You reach Prerow on the B 105, crossing Löbnitz then direction Barth or crossing Altheide, then on the Bäderstraße. Der erste Eindruck war auch gut, aber nach näherer Betrachtung waren wir etwas enttäuscht.Es war einfach nicht richtig sauber gemacht und das ist heute mit am Wichtigsten. Wir haben eine ziemlich große Glasscherbe gefunden, Blumenreste auf der Schrankwand und die Toilette war außen nicht riv

Erholung am Meer
Wir hatten herrlichen Sonnenschein und wenig Wind bei 7-10Grad jedoch etwas frisch. Die Prerower Gegend ist sehr gut ausgebaut und im April noch sehr ruhig. Wanderungen sind sehr gut ausgeschildert, jedoch fanden wir die Erkundung mit dem Rad als die bessere Alternative. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Nach kleinen Startschwierigkeiten haben wir das Beste daraus gemacht. Es ist schade,das Handtücher keine Henkel haben zum aufhängen. Es wäre auch toll,wenn 2Rollen Toilettenpapier zur Verfügung stehen würden und man sich nicht extra welches kaufen muss

Gemütliche kl. Ferienwohnung in ruhiger lage
Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnstrasse, nicht weit von Geschäften. Zum Strand läuft man ca. 15 Minuten. Es war alles vorhanden, für 2 Personen eine schöne, kleine gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit Terrasse.

Appartment war für 2 Personen optimal.
Bad war sehr neuwertig, Wohn/Esszimmer Küchenbereich reicht vollkommen aus. Die Bettcouch im Wohnbereich ist in die Jahre gekommen und könnte mal erneuert werden. Darauf schlafen kann man nicht gut. Schlafzimmer ok, Möbel etwas veraltet, aber zweckmäßig. Würden immer wieder das Appartment anmieten. In ein paar Minuten am Strand und im Ort. War eine schöne Woche wiede rin Prerow. Fewo Prerow 2022
Wir kannten die Fewo bereits aus einen Urlaub, ich glaube 2018, leider ist die Wohnung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Strandkorb ist teilweise morsch, die Küche hat auch ihr Alter. Der kühlschrank schließt schlecht, beim Gardobenschrank fällt bei eine Tür beim Öffnen eine Tür vorweg, Der Fernseher mit Receiver lässt sich schlecht bedienen. die Fliesen im Duschbad des Badezimmers sind nicht mehr sehr Einladent. Die Firma Flöter wir sehr nett, behilflich und zuvorkomment. Wir würden nach einer Renovierung, wegen der guten Lage, dem Umfeld und der Betreung der Firma Flöter die Wohnung auch wieder mieten.

Bei Einzug wurden Mängel festgestellt, die bei einer vorherigen Kontrolle hätten beseitigt werden können (defekte, zerstörte Steckdose, Strandkorb verrottet und unansehnlich, Grill stark verschmutzt)

Schöne Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist schön geschnitten, nett eingerichtet und somit empfehlenswert. Nicht alles trifft den persönlichen Geschmack, aber das ist eben so. In der Küche findet man alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist zentral, man kommt überall zu Fuß oder per Rad hin. Was nicht so schön ist, ist die Terrasse. Da stehen einfach zu viele Gegenstände drauf. Vor allem der Strandkorb ist nicht mehr wirklich schön. Den Schirm hatten wir einmal auf, was sich als äußerst kompliziert erwies. Wir haben beschlossen, ihn nicht mehr anzufassen. Alles in allem passen Preis und Leistung und man kann ein paar schöne Tage an der Ostsee verbringen.

Schöner Kurzurlaub
Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung-die Einrichtung ist etwas überholt aber dennoch ok-drinnen könnte es etwas größer sein -vor allem wenn man mit Hund unterwegs ist-dafür ist die Terrasse schön und hat den ganzen Tag Sonne-wir haben uns wohl gefühlt -die Umgebung ist für Menschen, die Natur lieben einfach wunderbar.

Prerow im November
Für zwei Personen gut ausreichend. Bis auf eine Mikrowelle alles vorhanden. Prerow ist im November doch sehr ruhig, viele Lokale sind geschlossen. Wir würden in dieser Jahreszeit doch lieber nach Zingst fahren.
