Just one of those days
After being placed in a room with lots of hair- long, short, “curly” I requested to be moved to a different room. We go often and this was the first time we’ve ever had an issue. Then at bedtime 8:30, the “new” tv remote stops working. An hour later and multiple trips from the guy at the front desk, he got us a new remote that worked. THEN my son wanted something from vending machine. Go downstairs, it’s out of order. All we could do was laugh. The guy at the front desk was very apologetic.

On the river. Very pretty area. The hotel was okay but the room was very dusty. They didn't clean the room the first day. The next day they did, but didn't make the beds. Word.

I do like this hotel and have stayed several times. Rooms are clean and views are beautiful any time of year. Only complaint is the beverage center at breakfast this time was gross. Water pitcher had warm water and dirt spots all over it on a not busy morning. I love the pool and hot tub but the chlorine was a little unbearable in the hot tub. Otherwise i love it there and will continue to stay there when im in the area.
