The hotel, room, view and staff were very good. But there is extremely loud construction going on in the area that was the worst on the main floor and could even hear on our room on the 10th floor. It woke us at 7 am. Suggest asking about it to confirm the construction is over or get a room on the 15th floor. We didn’t hear it in the lounge - which is lovely and would highly recommend.

The property itself is wonderful and clean and the staff are very helpful. The only reason they are receiving a lower rating is due to the construction around the hotel that was very loud and constant and went past the city’s noise bylaw of 7pm.

Room was just a standard king bed room, view was ok. Pillows were extremely flat and uncomfortable, bathroom ceiling showing poor repair work. We ate at the restaurant- limited menu with some options not available. Burger was only average and over priced. Would suggest skipping the restaurant for meals, nice for a drink only.

Don’t book room with a “view”

Buyer beware. Although we paid for room with a view, we were facing a construction site to the East, NOT Parliament Hill. The photos and descriptions are misleading. When we told the front desk, he did nothing to help because he said we were on a high floor (13). Not impressed with service or description

Property had construction activities the entire day including Saturday morning with very loud drilling noises as next door they’re building a high rise. I wish I was informed about this. Truly impacted our getaway negatively. I would’ve 10000p found an alternative, but unfortunately no one informed us.

Our hotel stay was fine with the exception of the construction noise!! We were notified by the hotel after our booking was complete so we were unable to cancel. Construction noise didn’t end until 8pm on Friday evening and started up again on Saturday morning at 9am. Really not acceptable. Be careful when booking here as the building construction at the back of the hotel is just starting

Property was beautifully maintained, however, they warn of noise but place my room on the side of the hotel with full on construction drilling happening at 7am. Not sure they were sold out but if construction is going on immediately next door I would find another hotel if you plan to sleep past 7am
