Good hotel and quiet. Won't hear noisy sound outside. But found the hallway carpet is not 100 pct clean. Also the bathroom water is very weak. Should be stronger.

Definitely not a VIP level stay. I had a super small room with a window view to a roof full of gravel The floor I was in is supposed to be renovated, but for some reason they still have the ugly sink from before, the faucet that doesn’t work well, and the bathtub that has mold built up around its edges

Nice, clean hotel. Kiddie section of the pool was not open , this is the second time we have come and it has not be operational. Was not very happy to be woken up at 7 am with drilling , hammering etc above our room. This is a very big hotel on and Sunday even stay you think they would not put guests underneath where they are doing construction, or at least let you know they will be waking you up at 7 when they check you in.

What a beautiful hotel. I loved my stay here at Brookside. The rooms are perfect- the beds so comfortable and everything clean. The staff are lovely and so polite and professional. They are so friendly and come across like they love their job. I was so impressed! The bar was fantastic. Again the service was superb. Top notch in every way. And the entertainment!!! Awesome band on both nights. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Food overpriced. Breakfast for 2 people cost 60$ plus tip 70$…. Totally ridiculous. I encourage you to go outside of the hotel for all your meals. A lot of good restaurants in the area. You will not drive more than 10 minutes to get to any restaurant.
