Hotel was very well located near the center of the Byward Market with many restaurants, bars, and shops within easy walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good - much better than expected. Room was as described and pictured. This is a smallish property with a single elevator that could be slow at busy times. There is a municipal parking garage right next door with very reasonable rates - very convenient. All in all an excellent stay!

Very comfortable and roomy independently owned hotel which is well located in downtown Ottawa near Byward Market area. Helpful friendly staff and large room with balcony. Parking available at hotel or next door covered public car park at reasonable price($15/d). Good buffet breakfast. Would happily recommend to anyone visiting this city

The breakfast offered many options including a milk alternative (soy is not my favourite, but at least there was a non-dairy alternative). The beds were comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. Location was convenient, but car charging was a bit challenging to find (there is charging in the parkade next door to hotel though!)
