We reserved a suite but we were not given a suite. The staff was rude. He said that we did get a suite and we had the bigest room onsite. However that was a lie. We saw the actual suite that a nice person showed us.

The facility was very modern, convenient, and the bed was very comfortable. But, the pool and hot tub was out of service and that was one of the reasons we had selected that location. Very disappointed!

Nice hotel that doesn’t work.
The hotel itself is nice. My only complaints is that the water wasn’t hot, it was only one elevator, and the pool wasn’t open or working. I think for the price it isnt worth it considering those things.

The pool was closed during my stay due to remodeling the floor had I known I would have not stayed there. I listed 4 guest and only received one wash cloth and 2 bath towels. The floor was not clean it was hair everywhere and a fake nail. Needless to say I will not be staying there ever again
