The location is excellent, close to the center. Room was clean . The only thing we don't like is the cleanliness of the teenroom- carpets are extremely dirty, there is an unpleasant smell . The equipment is outdated. Would definitely recommend this place for your stay.

Perfect location! The room is very clean and staffs are very friendly. Parking is not easy. You need to drive through a narrow way to the underground parking. But the porter of the hotel is very good. He will guide you to the right way and wait you in the parking to tell you where you can park. The hotel is a little bit old. Please note that one end of the swimming pool is very deep and there is not lifeguard there. So please be careful.

The location of this hotel is terrific for visiting the tourist attractions of Ottawa. The beds are small (Canadian Double), would have been a better stay if the beds had been at least queen size.
