My room has loud noises throughout the night . No one came till the 2nd night which they changed the room right away . The agony was not worth trying again . The drapes are not good as no one can sleep with light coming through even in early evening

Did not like parking options At around 1:30 am the fire alarm went on. It was very scary and like a nightmare. We had to leave the building for one hour. So we could not sleep until 5am accordingly we woke up late about 11am and one of it two days visit ruined

Overall, it was a comfortable stay. There's some construction in the area and getting from the parking lot to the lobby before checking in can be a bit of a challenge with them having to buzz you in. The buzzer didn't work for me the first few tries and one time it went to voicemail, eventually I did get through and it was fine. Will stay again when I'm back in the Ottawa area, it's my usual go to spot when I'm here.
