I appreciated the parking lot in the heart of downtown, although it was expensive. Checking in was a breeze, and the breakfast was amazing. However, I didn't like it for the following reasons: - staff were bossy and less approachable. - The room was big, but it was so stuffy that I woke up around 2 am and sensed an old smell from the room. I couldn't go back to sleep. - It was all curtained; there was no natural light. It was stuffy because these rooms never got fresh air from outside. All these fans and ventilation tools circulate the same air inside. I hate this stuffed and suffocating air.

We loved the enormous rooms, & kitchen facilities were so handy. Generous free & tasty breakfast. The desk staff were lovely. Bit noisy, from heating and air purifiers etc but we just turned them off to sleep. Overall we were very pleased & would definitely stay there again.
