I booked a room for two nights over a game weekend at Ole Miss 2 months in advance. When I arrived after traveling 13 hours from New England, they could not find my reservation and said Expedia made the mistake. They then said they had a room for me but wanted 3 times what I had originally booked the room for. Sham! Will not stay there again.

The hotel common areas need a deep clean, like in corners of the elevator and hallway carpets. Overall, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The morning breakfast was very good. Would stay again

The whole hotel is filthy. The sheets were dirty, there was trash on the floor and hair everywhere. The smell was awful and the bathroom had mold in it. The staff was not helpful at all. I’ve called and left several messages and can’t get the manager to return my calls. Worst hotel I’ve ever been in.

Not staying again, hotel subpar
It was ok. Not a place I would stay again. I was not happy with dirty room and sheets. Hide away bed I wouldn’t use because the couch was so soiled . It was not clean. I saw hair and toenail clippings on floor with dust and grime everywhere. Bed seemed comfortable enough but I was scared of bed bugs.

We rented a room with a king bed with a pullout couch . We entered the room and it smelled really bad .. When we went to set up the pullout couch, thr inside was covered in mold and the mattress was stained .. then the king size bed box spring and linens were filthy and stained .. The walls look like work was being done but paint wasn’t finished . Overall disgusting and unsafe / unhealthy conditions . It should have never been rented out. We did get moved to another room that was clean . The staff was very nice and accomplished.

The room was so dusty I couldn’t stop sneezing. The white comforter was had turned almost a brown or a dirty orange color. The pillows on one of the beds had black stains on them and the carpet also had stains

The high ceilings in our room were really nice. The room was very spacious. The only complaint would be that the hot water did not get very hot, otherwise no complaints.
