Breakfast was the only thing that lets this hotel down. If you're not wanting that then its lovely, clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, with the bonus of free parking.

Nice hotel, however room was smaller than expected and breakfast was okay. But staff were friendly and wifi worked well. The hotel rooms didn’t have a fridge which would have been ideal.

Would definitely stay again, very clean and lovely breakfast with great coffee and fresh waffles. The bus stop was just over the road and takes about half an hour to get you in the centre of Oxford, costing £4 return.

Nearly new hotel in a good location. Surprised there was no restaurant for an evening meal but breakfast was excellent.

Although out of the city it was only a 20 minute bus ride away, a chance to see Oxford away from the city centre.. It’s next to the Kassan Stadium so handy for football fans, plus bowling and cinema. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the room a good size and had everything we needed.. The breakfast offering good. The staff were friendly and helpful, Olena was super helpful when we arrived and provided lots of useful information. Would definitely stay there again

Lovely weekend stay.
Fabulous hotel. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was spotless and the room was lovely. Cannot fault the stay and would definitely stay again. Excellent value for money too.

Great hotel BUT the hotel is around the corner from a water company at the area absolutely stinks like sewer water. And this smell continues into the hotel and into your room.
