Lovely weekend stay.
Fabulous hotel. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was spotless and the room was lovely. Cannot fault the stay and would definitely stay again. Excellent value for money too.

Great hotel BUT the hotel is around the corner from a water company at the area absolutely stinks like sewer water. And this smell continues into the hotel and into your room.

Surrounding area looks messy- boarded up houses etc, hotel looks well presented and clean. Some parts of the room need looking at- patchy fixes on the wall- stands out where filler and paint doesn’t match the rest of the wall, some old fixings on wall after they have been broken in shower- either replace or remove don’t leave rust metal on the wall in a bathroom, loose rail in bathroom

Good base for Oxford family trip!
Despite an error with our room requirements on booking (from the app not the hotel) on check-in, this was resolved promptly and helpfully. Reception staff were polite and friendly. Rooms were small but well set up, had everything we needed. The beds could have been a little comfier! Tasty breakfast, decent choice and staffed well. Good base for Oxford Park and Ride.

Everything was in place, lobby was pretty and it looks decent. We stayed in connected room and my family was happy about it. The bed was firm and clean. Even sofa bed was nice. Shower was great. Breakfast was good. Basic but we loved the waffle machine. Staff was kind. There were some cinema bowling and other things nearby.

The hotel breakfast was average some of the food on offer was cold We came back to hotel one afternoon and the cleaners had broken a glass in the bathroom and there was some glass left on the floor If we hadnt noticed and gone in barefoot it could have been very serious as I am diabetic We complained twice and no one seemed bothered The surrounding area of the hotel was a dirty disgrace and quite honestly if we could have found the manager we would have demanded a partial refund

One night stay, plenty of free parking, basic breakfast included. Shower was okay, although the water does leak out. The wash basin has far to much surround and the toilet is pretty high. Noise from the bathroom fan leaks into the room. A/C was functional.
