Thank you for your feedback. As explained in the booking confirmation email, our reception is currently open on reduced hours. We sent you an email with details to gain access to your room. Expedia have recently been masking email address from us so we will follow up with your booking agent to ensure emails are being delivered. The reception was again open from 8am on Sunday morning. We are sorry you missed us.

Thank you for your review and we are delighted to know you enjoyed your stay with us. Most of bedrooms have en-suite bathroom, but we do have two rooms with 'private bathroom', which is for your own use, but 'nicht direkt mit dem Zimmer verbunden'.

At breakfast we offer a buffet where you can help yourself to cereal, fruit, yoghurt, juice, condiments, and table service for English breakfast- freshly cooked (hence the wait), served with toast and tea/coffee. On your next visit do let us know if you would like something special on the buffet as we try to cater to all diets. Thanks again for your kind review and high score.
