This a beautiful unit located in a dazzling area of Sint Maarten. With a beautiful white sand beach (just 5 mins walk) and a very safe location nearby, this is your relaxing spot to be!

It is a 1 bedroom luxury unit with one bathroom with a shower and one bathroom without a shower. A living room and a kitchen. And, of course, a wonderful balcony for you to enjoy.

The unit itself is fully furnished and has all the appliances you need for your comfort. Only 15 mins drive to Philipsburg town center! The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

At our condo, there is serene privacy. It is not attached directly to any neighbors. It is a relaxing atmosphere with a magnificent view of St. Barths and Dawn Beach. Unlike other hotels, there is a quiet swimming pool for you to use.

There is also 24/7 security and warm & friendly staff at your service.

Additionally, it is a very clean unit and private so you can enjoy your stay in safe surroundings. The area is not crowded and quiet.
