"Breakfast was an excellent buffet, available from 7:00 to 10:00, which served us very well. The cleanliness of the room and everything else was perfect. We stayed there for 3 nights and truly enjoyed our stay. The location of the hotel, between the train station (700m) and the old city (800m to the Arena), suited us well—we enjoyed the walks. I can only recommend this hotel and would book it again."

"Ich muss sagen das ich enttäuscht war bei einem Hotel, das sich als Luxus Hotel bezeichnet. Ich hab ein Superior Zimmer gebucht, was im Bereich der Fenster voll war mit weißem und grünen Schimmel. Die Wände waren vollständig durchnässt. Solche Zimmer zu haben ist die eine Sache, aber tatsächlich dort Gäste quartieren zu wollen ist unverschämt und gesundheitsschädlich. Der Schimmel war so stark ausgeprägt, dass das Hotel sicher davon wusste. Positiv war, dass ich ohne große Probleme ein neues Zimmer bekommen habe. Für ein Luxus Hotel bin ich trotzdem etwas verwundert."
