Beautiful property, comfortable bed, great shower and bathroom and the dinner and breakfast were both fabulous! I will definitely return next year. Thank you for a lovely stay!
A couple kms off of the Camino but well worth it. I had the best sleep of my whole Camino journey here. So peaceful and serene and the bed was very comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were both equally delicious do get those options! You can add them at the hotel. Also got an in room massage that was great. Very necessary when walking so many days! Would come back again for sure.
Stayed here while hiking the Camino. Lovely room, gracious host. Be aware that the hotel is in a rural area 2.5km from the city of Padron & there are no restaurants nearby. The hotel does offer breakfast & dinner featuring delicious local cuisine.
It is a short walk from the Camino ( on a busy road but the shoulder is wide). The place was everything we needed: quiet, clean and comfortable. The buildings are well designed by people who know what they are doing. Compared to albergues it is not economical but definitely worth the price. The staff was amazing. We had a light dinner of soup, salad and the famous Padrón peppers. Simple tasteful meal. We will return here.
This a lovely property but it is not practical for a solo pilgrim. It’s a short cab from the center but it’s difficult to get a cab, and then they charge 15 euro for a 1.5 mile ride. The hotel operator prepares delicious meals, for an extra fee but it’s reasonable, and the food is excellent. The acoustics in the hotel are bad, you can hear every foot step and conversation outside the room, but at night it was super quiet which was delightful. The room itself was very comfortable and a nice change from some of the hostels and pensiones I’ve been staying in. This is a better option for someone with a car or for a secluded get-away.
This was our group's favorite stay along the Camino, which says a lot! It's slightly off the beaten path (literally), but well worth the extra steps. Some of our group was even flagged down by the staff and picked up nearby to be driven to the property.
The facility and rooms are gorgeous! Easy cab ride into town for dinner. Breakfast on-site was wonderful.
The staff was extremely accommodating and made it clear that our relaxation was their primary goal! They succeeded!
We had a wonderful stay in Os Lambrans on our way from Northern Portugal to Santiago de Compostela. The hotel is in an enchanting rural setting with beautiful gardens and the sound of the stream running by the property. The rooms are comfortable and very well designed and breakfast was delicious. Most of all, the staff was friendly and professional and could not have gone to more trouble to make our stay special.
This property is beautiful and quiet and the family is so kind! We had homemade meals made by Tina and they were amazing, authentic and we really relaxed and enjoyed ourselves. We shared our meal with another couple doing the Camino.
Front desk lady was very helpful ! Property is beautiful.
They have a massage lady who comes in. We scheduled massage with her through hotel. My husband’s massage went fine. Mine not so much. I got hurt during the stretch and didn’t sleep so well after that. Also, during massage, she went to answer her phone , not once, but twice!!! Just stopped my massage and went to talk on the phone! Very rude and unprofessional!
Really beautiful country house converted to small boutique hotel and grounds. Just wish the lawn lounge chairs were more comfortable (but the beds were!).
A very nice hotel on the way to the Vineyard area, very nice family that operates it, we didn't get to see too much in the area but was a very good place to stay the night after the red-eye we had :)
Tasteful decor and comfortable accommodation in the guest room and common area. Secluded location so count on walking 2.5 KM each way to town for dinner or sightseeing. I would return for a longer stay if driving not doing the Camino.
