Very clean! Welcoming hotel.
Very clean, very friendly, professional staff! Also, very quiet so we were able to get a good nights sleep every night. We will stay here again on our next vacation.

They are going through remodeling right now but still a comfy place. Great option to stay if you need to.

Even thought they were in the process of a remodel, the place was very clean and tidy. Hosts were all very pleasant. Nice and quiet. Comfortable beds. Nice large parking lot. Great places to eat nearby. Easy to get to.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. The pool was open, looked good, but I didn’t end up swimming. The stairs were dirty, but that was the only negative thing I noticed. My room was clean and smelled good, and the lobby was clean. They offer a good assortment of snacks, and there are vending machines for drinks.

The bed was covering was filthy, yellow crusty stains on the cover, so I pulled it back and the duvet had yellow stains all over it. I was so disgusted. The bed was hard.

The tv didn't work the bedroom door handle was broke tried to give us another room that was smaller bed and all one room when we payed for the suite. And the pool had dead bugs in it when my son went to swim a lot of them

Inexpensive option for meeting up with family who were staying at KY Lake. Staff was outstanding. Room was clean but did have a musty smell. Overall well maintained property.

This hotel is very outdated. It doesn’t look like it has been remodeled since the 70’s. The room had an odor and the room looked bare. I think it was because all of the outdated furniture was too small for the size of the room. The continental breakfast was sad. I thought it ended quite early, by 9 am, and there was only seating for five tables, so I had to bring the food back to the room. Most of the food wasn’t tasty and there wasn’t much to choose from. The tv remote didn’t work and the beds weren’t comfortable. I can’t recommend this hotel, but there weren’t many options in town.
