Beautiful hotel with great restaurant/bar. Room was excellent. Unbelievable number of channels on the TV. Doug at the front desk was welcoming, helpful and genuinely made sure a person's first impression of the hotel was a positive one. The bathtubs do need stoppers should someone want to take a bath rather than a shower. I will definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean....its pet friendly with lots of places to walk your pet. Close to walmart, food, gas. Staff very friendly, especially Basu who helped me immensely. Will definitely stay here again

It was the second, 5 day, part to our honeymoon. we chose here because it was close to Watkins Glen State Park, and also a decent driving distance to Letchworth State Park and other attractions. The bed was excellent and extremely comfortable. The two chairs in our room were extremely hard and uncomfortable, and the bathroom... We could only run the sink faucet for a minute before it was full because the drain was clogged the whole time we were there, and the bathroom was tiny.
