We are delighted that you have enjoyed the cleanliness, style and location of our hotel - on the other hand, I am afraid that it is quite impossible to avoid mosquitos entering your room if window is left open, considering it is already very hot here in Sicily. With a view to your room assignment, we are sorry, but you are of course aware that a room upgrade as an Expedia VIP guest is upon availability, and property was fully booked. The room type you were assigned is by all means meeting and even exceeding the standards for its category, also with a view to room surface - which is well indicated on reservation platforms. Breakfast is based upon fresh, handmade and local produce, ranging from fresh vegetables and fruit to handmade cakes and local cheese; considering that our bar and restaurant were reserved for a private event at the time of your stay, we have proposed a series of alternatives in order to make it possible for you to spend your credit.
