Great Palermo base

This was a great base for my family’s first trip to Palermo. The location was out of the tourist core and in a working class neighborhood, but it was an easy 10-15 minute walk to the main attractions. The apartment was clean and modern with good amenities. The patio in the back was nice on warm evenings.

Friendly and helpful host

We enjoyed our stay at Francesco's property. He was helpful and accomodating of our late check in. The apartment was clean, comfortable and a convenient 20 min walk to the cathedral. Would definitely recommend.

Una casa muy bonita, limpia y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos pocos días. La casa está recién reformada y bien ordenada, el aire acondicionado en cada habitación y una televisión es un puntazo. Me ha gustado mucho.

ce séjour était très agréable (en dehors des problèmes météo qui n'ont rien à voir avec Francesco !), dans un appartement impeccable et très silencieux. Seul bémol: peu de matériels de cuisine et surtout de couverts (un seul couteau!)... mais notre impression est excellente...Merci !

Joli petit appartement bien équipé et bien situé

Francesco est un hôte très agréable et disponible. Appartement situé à 30 minutes à pieds du centre, dans un quartier familiale. Bien équipé avec un patio appréciable.

A nice house in Palermo

It is a very good choice to visit Palermo and nearby attractions. It is humble but very clean and Francesco is a good host. You need 15-20 minutes walking to get to the centre, for us it wasn't a problem. We really liked our stay. Recommended.

Séjour Palerme

Nous sommes à environ 20/25min a pied du centre de Palerme mais il y a des trotinettes électronique a disposition un peu partout dans la ville donc pratique et plus rapide. Francesco est souriant et serviable aucun problème à redire. Le seul petit bémol est le manque d'équipements dans l'appartement mais pour 1 semaine ce n'est pas très embêtant. L'appartement est comme sur les photos, je recommande !

Estancia perfecta en una ciudad especial

El alojamiento de Francesco es perfecto tanto para cortas como largas estancias. Está muy nuevo, cuidado y limpio. Incluso es mejor en la realidad que en fotografías. Además él es muy amable y dispuesto. No podríamos decir nada malo de esta casa.

Fransesco nous a reçu tres gentiment. Il est accueillant et sympatique. Son appartement est tout neuf, tres proprz et tres spacieux. Nous avons tres bien dormi au calme dans un vrai lit de 160. Il y a de douces attentions , des dosettes de cafe, du thz, la cafetiere, de l eau. Nous vous conseillons ce logement. Lz centrebhistorique est a 15 mn a pied

Apparemment très agréable 👌🏾

Francesco est très accueillant, gentil et disponible pour ses vacanciers. L'appartement rien à dire, très propre, tout neuf et vous trouverez tout ce qu'il faut pour vous sentir comme à la maison. On peut joindre le centre ville de Palermo à pied facilement. Je recommande vivement.. allez y les yeux fermés. Consiglio vivamente top top
