This was the worst experience ever, room 903 I would not recommend any get this room it’s very outdated, has plumbing issue, bed were not comfortable they tried to turn over the mattress and put some stuff underneath to make it the mattress is some good. The water in the shower wouldn’t go down we complained and all he did was remove the drain exposing all the rust and dirt. Then the toilet backup he came with a plunger and after plunging the toilet he walked out without putting the plunger in a bag he had water dripping all over the floor, very nasty. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially not in room 903 as a travel agent the hotel gets a O rating.

I always enjoy my stay at Embassy Suites because of it's cleanliness, and professional and friendly staff. What I don't like is that they''ve raised prices in the snack bar to airport prices and have started to charge for parking. If I'm paying 100 plus a night to stay, I feel my parking should be free. Other than that it's a good stay.

Embassy Suites PGA was overall a great stay! Pros: location was central (Gardens mall only 5 min drive away), lots of parking spots (but $21/night), AMAZING made to order breakfast (omelets, pancakes, etc.) Cons: Expedia did not mention there was a $75 NON-REFUNDABLE pet fee; also housekeeping was not prompt in cleaning the room daily. In fact, they did not clean my room the last day.

My family likes the stay but the only thing is they never told us you have to pay for parking. I found out after i got a partial repayment back off my deposit.. SMH.. PARKING IS $21.00 A NIGHT . JUST TO LET EVERYBODY KNOW. other then that it was wonderful
