Where do we begin? We have been hosts/landlords for over 40 years of our own properties. And rented plenty others all over the country and Europe. This aint our first rodeo. First, this is not a suite. Its a studio. This not new(unless $55 in paint is new). So description is misleading. Also, corner/end unit it is, overlooking the main lower roof in one direction and the other roof in another direction. The tile in the bathroom floor is cracked in multiple places. The wood trim around the window inthe shower was gross and moldy, we tried to clean it too.The sink was clogged, we unclogged it with a plunger ourselves, to no consistent avail. There are channels for electric wires for lights from the sconces hanging off the wall. We tried to put frozen daiquiri's in the freezer, but the freezer hand no door and was pretty much frozen solid. Stains on the chair. Yuk. The old A/C worked fine except when it came on and off we thought we were at the airport. Good news. The construction onthe exterior of the building on 3 floors on 2 side surrounding the pool were not being drilled on Saturday and Sunday. Bad news. They were there, jackhammering away all day on Wed, Thurs, Fri, Monday..thusly preventing us sitting there and enjoying our stay. What can be said? Not a good experience
