The area around the property was very quiet. It was located on a very beautiful beach with some lounge chairs and cabanas available. Our room was also very spacious and comfortable

this hotel is in need of upgrade its very old from the moment we enter I was like no this is not what I see on the internet the elevator is old and dark I was very scared to ride it. went I get there the room was not clean I had to call and let the front desk know this is not what I see online they change the room to another which was not even good but a tad bit better. then they charge me for a roll away bed which I did not use and I gave it back the same day I did even used it. and they promise to return it and then don't return it. also no hair dyer or lock box or ironing board I had to call for a hair dyer. no do not disturb sign either. they just walk in anytime on us. these are all the things I encountered here. not would not stay here are recommend this hotel!

I loved the views, the beach and the room itself. I liked the history and uniqueness of the hotel. I was disappointed in the breakfast buffet, both hours and selection. The restaurant and bar had very limited hours. While the general upkeep of the hotel was quite impressive, there were places that needed repair or updates. Especially reception and elevator.

Property was very outdated, hardly any staff around. The restaurant did not open for lunch or dinner, only on weekends. I expected the room to have a pull out sofa because it was 3 of us but only had a king bed and a small sofa. Very disappointed with the management of the property.

This property needs to be upgraded. We had no AC in the first room. Staff was nice and provided another room but the AC was not cold enough and noisy while sleeping. The bed and pillows were very comfortable but we still didnt sleep well. Staff was great everywhere on the property from front desk staff, restaurant, housekeeping, security etc. Not the best value for this property for what we paid. Its old and tired.

The room we booked was completely different than shown online I wasnt aware there were different layouts bc online it shows one and I was under the impression I could accommodate my kids sleeping with the sectional but we originally ended up in a room without.( just a small sofa) We arrived at midnight & the lady at the front desk was EXTREMELY nice and helpful accommodating us (family of 4). She took all of 5 mins to fix it. Be mindful that what’s seen online may not be what you book I would most definitely call to confirm. The cleanliness was disgusting! We had to buy our own cleaning supplies and literally clean the room as we would do at home. The toilets had driend urine on the floor and seat, showers were not cleaned the kitchen was just as bad & the rugs have not been cleaned in months not even sure if they had been vacuumed. The staff was extremely nice from maintenance to front desk the restaurant literally everyone! All in all the cleanliness 0 the location and convenience of beach and pool access 10 the restaurant 10. We barely left the property so the was a huge plus.

Older building with problems throughout. Broken elevator, mold on walls, no working light on kitchen, no dishwashing detergent, no cutting knife, limited dish and cookware, beach towels sparse, AC units don’t cool, no dog poop bags and trash can full of poop for a week, garbage left near beach entrance, confusion at checkout…
