I had originally booked for 1 week but after 2 days I added a further week because the hotel had everything I needed and the quality was very good. I will definitely stay there again next time I visit WPB.

Upgraded to a beautiful spacious suite upon arrival. Nice dinner al fresco at the rooftop restaurant/lounge with beautiful views and gorgeous rooftop pool. The main restaurant is closed for lunch and dinner on Monday. Will definitely stay here again.

Was fine. My floor in the hotel was very dirty though. Walking barefoot my feet were black and full of other textures. I had no choice but to wear shoes the whole time. Also I didn’t appreciate paying $50 for parking. I found that to be quite ridiculous considering your website had a different amount advertised. I just think damn I’m paying $260 a night and parking it’s just outrageous. Your hotel location wise is nice but wasn’t as nice as i expected. Maybe it’s the canopy? I haven’t stayed in one before but I’ll make sure to maybe choose something better next time. Just sidnt seem worth it. But it was fine.

The front desk and valet staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel appeared clean and had a pleasant scent. Our room was mostly tidy, but I noticed the floors could have used a better mopping, and the rug under the bed wasn’t vacuumed. However, the linens and towels looked and smelled fresh. My wife and I felt that the management's execution of their ideas could use some improvement. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon for one night, and we chose this hotel partly because it features two bars/restaurants. Unfortunately, the restaurant near the lobby was closed until dinner, leaving us with only the rooftop bar for cocktails. Although it was only 2 PM and not very busy, the indoor DJ was far too loud for the space, making it impossible to have a conversation. It felt more like a nightclub in Vegas than a relaxing bar, although both bartenders were friendly and welcoming. Our experience was different when we returned for breakfast the next morning, as the bartenders were less inviting. We walked by the pool a few times, but it didn’t look inviting. It was crowded with high-top tables and chairs, while the lounge chairs were cramped together on one side, all occupied. To make the most of our stay, we decided to explore downtown, which is conveniently walkable from the hotel. The hotel also offers a golf cart service to transport guests around the area, which is definitely a highlight.

Our hotel room (604) was spacious and the two queen beds were comfortable. The air/co worked perfectly. The room had everything we needed, from a safe to an iron and mini fridge. The sliding door for the bathroom didn’t really work - it was too thick and constantly smashed into the sink. The hotel itself is close to the Brightline train station, which we used to arrive in West Palm Beach. The area around the hotel is fine. We have no complaints and would likely stay here again.

An amazing place to stay if your looking for a chill stay, the room was very modern and beautiful. The staff was attentive and accommodating as well. The only thing I would say is the parking situation was a little tough. In general parking downtown west palm beach is a trip but it would be nice if the hotel included the valet in their prices and told you up front its almost $60 a night.
