Looking for home away from home or somewhere even better? You found it! This place is amazing. Extremely clean, cozy & has call your needs. The pool is nice and heats up nice and warm. Not only does this house provide comfort, it offers fun & relaxation. The pool table, foos ball, ping pong & board games add to having some fun & calls for some great family time. The neighborhood is nice and centrally located to many areas & places. We really enjoyed our stay & highly recommended this place. Couldn't have been more perfect.
There are not enough words to describe how wonderful this home is. My Mother and I just got back from our 10 day stay. Everything you could imagine for your comfort and enjoyment is there. It was spotless and as others have said, the neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and the neighbors we did meet are wonderful as well. I paid extra for the pool to be heated and it was well worth it. My Mother is an amputee and Renata was more than pleasant to answer any question I had before and after I booked the house. It truly felt like home and we will be booking again. I've stayed in home rentals before and none of them could compare. I can't thank Renata enough. I highly recommend this home to all.

This place was amazing! Renata was a pleasure to communicate with, and this house literally has everything you need for a family holiday or stay for whatever you wish in the area. Would 100% stay here again. I think Renata is a seasoned hostess... And I love the automated so many things, and labels, instructions.... Makes it so much easier to get settled. Excellent

Relaxing oasis
This is a beautiful home. From the inside out. Everything you need is supplied. All you have to bring is food and drinks. We went for a few days to relax and enjoy the pool. It was just what we needed. The host was so nice and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. Everything you need in a perfect neighborhood
Our family stayed here for 7 days. We loved the open floor plan of the house and the safe, quiet neighborhood. The swimming pool, gaming systems, bikes, beach equipment, and pool table provided ample entertainment for us. Renata was a very accommodating host and responded quickly. Look no further...this is the place!!
Holy cow what a fantastic house! This lovely home has everything you would hope for in a rental...comfy beds and furniture, a big kitchen and a heated pool. Plus it has things you rarely see! High quality linens & towels, cleaning supplies including laundry detergent, bluetooth speakers inside and out, and a privacy fence around the backyard that makes it seem like you're the only people in the neighborhood! The kitchen cabinets have picture inside on the doors so you don't have to guess where everything goes. Sharp knives and tons of appliances. During our stay the kitchen was even stocked with the basics...cooking spray, flour and sugar, some spices, zip-lock bags and aluminum foil. They even had Keurig pods and vanilla syrup for your coffee! It's decorated beautifully and we instantly felt at home with the open floor-plan. I can't say enough good things about it! We'll definitely be back!

Palm House exceeded our expectations
My family and I enjoyed a long weekend at the Palm House in Palm Coast. The home is beautifully decorated, has an open floor plan and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. I could’ve spent all weekend sitting outside in the lanai. The pool was a good size and the fenced yard and mature palm trees made it feel like a secluded oasis. The beds were comfy and there was even an Xbox for the kiddos. I recommend nearby Bay Drive park and Mantanza’s beach for swimming. Oceanside in Flagler is a great spot to enjoy a meal while looking out over the ocean. The property manager was wonderful and very responsive.

Amazing Rental Provided Great Family Fun
Our family absolutely loved this home, which included heated in ground pool, billiards, games, multiple televisions, and Bluetooth sound for music inside and out. We were able to quickly settle in, because things were labeled (ie light switches, fabs, etc). Beds were comfy and bathrooms were great! I cooked multiple times and found everything plus more (cooking spray, spices, etc) needed to prepare meals. They even had ziploc bags, foil, leftover containers. The laundry is huge with detergent and dryer sheets included. Tons of beach toys/chairs available, and the bikes were great too! We felt comfortable, at home, and like everything we needed was available! Even located eye drops needed for one of our sons! If you are looking for a comfortable place to enjoy your family, this is it!!

I can’t say enough about this adorable home. Beautifully decorated and immaculate. Everything we needed in the kitchen bath and laundry areas plus every item you can think of to enjoy your stay at a beach friendly vacation home. Bikes, foosball, ping pong, billiards, heated inground pool and all the supplies you need to enjoy the beautiful local beaches. I also have to rave about the incredible customer service of the Host Renata. She was absolutely amazing. She was able to provide us with a local contractor for work we were doing in the area and she also helped me to retrieve a very special item that I accidentally left behind when checking out. She was so prompt in her responses and she was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend this property for anyone staying in the Palm Coast area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great family Thanksgiving in this beautiful house.
The house was beautiful, spacious, clean with lots of amenities. The coffee station next to the fully equipped kitchen was cute. We loved playing pool, ping pong and foosball. Large high definition TV was great for a movie night. The play room was set up with lots of board games. Salt water pool was great, enjoyed swimming, weather was little chilly but the pool was heated, great for swimming. House is conveniently located about 10 min. from the beach, 30 min. from St. Augustine the oldest city in continental United States. Visited St. Augustine for the first time, cobble stone streets, old European architecture, good restaurants and shops. Only negative was that we only stayed 5 days. But they were great days together as family. We do highly recommend this house and hope to come back sometimes in the future.

Dream home vacation
This was our first time using a vacation rental but with prices of decent hotels rising we figured we would give it a shot. The house is more beautiful than the pictures!! It has everything you need for the perfect getaway. From board games, outdoor games, beach items, linens, towels, and any kind of kitchen accessories you could possibly need, just bring personal items, food and drinks. The pool is clean and just the right temperature. Our aching bodies, from the 16 hour car ride LOVED the jacuzzi tub. Quiet neighborhood but not far from stores or restaurants. Many parks and beaches within a few miles too!!! Reneta was very responsive with any questions or concerns. We cant say enough about this home. Hoping it will be available for our next trip.Thanks for the great stay!!!!!
