Fantastic. Right on the 11th. So enjoyed waking up to sunshine, palm trees and golf course. Property was perfect for us. Loved the gas fireplace on the patio.

Beautiful Condo
This condo was well appointed with everything we needed and then some. Evenings were spent grilling and dining on the back patio overlooking the golf course. The king sized bed was very comfortable and we slept well after a day of golfing. We will definitely look for this place next time we’re in the area.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights after a family wedding in Los Angeles. It was a beautiful condo, impeccably clean and very comfortable with a beautiful patio overlooking the golf course. We can’t wait to return!

Relaxing stay
First off, the condo is very clean and is equipped with everything you need. Check in process extremely easy. Our first night there was extremely windy which created a very dirty pool, I understand that this is no fault of the owner, but we were a little dissatisfied with the property management and their lack of effort to clean the pool, if was VERY dirty our entire stay which was a bummer. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Property!
We went for a few weeks stay in Pam Desert for golf and a holiday. The property was a dream! So clean, newly renovated and stocked with everything one could want! Barbecue was awesome and the fire bowl was so nice to watch the sunsets at!! Have booked already for next season!!!

Where to begin? This property is gorgeous. I could tell that a lot of time went into this remodel. There were plenty of supplies. It was super clean and very comfortable. We will stay there again, and again. It was so nice to sit on the patio and watch the golfers go by. I cannot say enough good things about the place. Thanks Larry!!

We had a great time in Palm Springs. Larry was excellent to work with. The property is top notch, the property was fully stocked with everything you could possibly imagine. We have never stayed in a Vrbo that was this well put together. Everything was comfortable . The area was great and we would surely rent from Larry again . FANTASTIC stay at Palm Desert Resort
The grounds are pristine in this entire community. The Unit is clean, well kept and everything needed was there. I would highly recommend this to anyone anyone staying in the Palm Desert area. Quiet, peaceful spot.

Clean, up to date Golf Course Condo
We loved the furnishings and the layout of this unit. The second room had 2 twin Beds, perfect for siblings. The Master bedroom is spacious and comfortable and the kitchen well stocked! The patio is large and has a firepit and BBQ. Too hot for us too use but would be excellent in the winter.

We just returned home from a 10 Day visit to Palm Desert. We had a great time and loved the condo and neighborhood. The condo is as advertised if not better, comfortable beds and plenty of comfortable furniture inside and outside on the extended patio. All the household amenities that you need. Neighborhood golf course was a nice course and fun to play. There are also plenty of larger courses in the area. Beautiful pickle ball courts and a very welcoming community at the facility. There is a pool right across the street from the condo which was very convenient and several others very near by available for use as well.

Five Star No-brainer
We spent three nights here and were very impressed by both the rental process and by the property itself. The owner was very responsive, beginning with the booking. He provided very clear, concise instructions for access to the property and for operation of the Wifi, Nest thermostat, etc. The house itself was comfortable and well-maintained, in near-new condition. The kitchen was well-equiped for a serious chef, stocked with a full array of pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. Beds ( a king in the primary and twins in the secondary bedroom) were comfortable and had generous linens. Like the rest of the house, the baths (two full) were spotlessly clean and supplied with plenty of towels. Paper products, soap, shampoo, etc. were also provided (which other rentals often do not). The house is conveniently located a few minutes’ drive from the center of Palm Desert in an attractive, beautifully landscaped, gated community with top notch security. Price-wise, the daily rental rate compared favorably with similar properties in the area. We would gladly stay at this rental again. Beautiful place and a good value for the money.

Everything owner described was great, clean, and exceeded our expectations! You won’.t be disappointed if you chose to stay here! The 2 bedrooms were separated and gave privacy!
