Great hotel for the price. We were going to JTNP which was an hour away and 15-20 mins away from DT Palm Springs. A lot of convenient grocery stores around and mcd’s and Starbucks which is great for food options. Great facilities with heated pool so you can swim in the winter but we did not get to. Maybe they could improve some amenities like microwave which was located in a weird place. Overall, great stay if you want to save a few bucks.

A great little Desert getaway spot.The Suite was an amazing value with the in-room mineral pool. The outside pool was nice, but very crowded and a bit noisy. The description says not to bring any personal speakers however they do not play much music by the pool and from check-out time to check -in time the staff is busy knocking on doors, pushing around carts and cleaning so it gets a bit noisy and distracting. After check in time until the pool closes it gets very crowded with families and kids which is also noisy so having a private pool/ spa in room is very convenient. The surrounding area is scenic but not too developed.There is some food walking distance but dining is limited. There are more options a short drive away and many restaurants delivery to the Hotel so that is helpful. Some of the space on site is under utilized but the biggest problem is the lack of ice machines. Ice is available from the front desk but a bit inconvenient. If you book a suite, bring a couple of DVDs for the pool room DVD players. The in room mini fridge/freezer combo both work great and so does the microwave so I would recommend bringing some food too.

Staff is very nice and friendly, hotel is clean, but it's old and rooms are small with not much space for clothes and luggage. The pool is great with warm water, and two hot tubs assure plenty of space for everyone. There is no on-site dining, but there are several options in the area. I didn't like the neighborhood though, it's not walkable and I've seen a fair share of sketchy characters, especially in and around the grocery stores nearby. Next time I go I would definitely try to stay closer to Downtown Palm Springs.

The staff was wonderful and helpful. We both got spa treatments (massage and sea salt scrub) which were great. The room a bit disappointing...dispensers in the shower were AWFUL....first weren't filled, but then dispensed so slowly. The mineral spas and pool felt great. Loved the Desert Hot Springs area....so peaceful.

I asked the front desk staff where i needed to be for a massage appointment and was told to wait in the front lobby for someone to come and get me. About 10-15 minutes later, a manager showed up and directed us to our massage room. Apparently waiting in the lobby was not supposed to happen. A a result of this, i think the massage therapists assumed we were late and shorted us a little on our paid time. They were great, though, and the hotel was a nice stay. I blame a miscommunication with the front desk staff.
