Great spot to stay! Fun tropic vibes and themes, a wonderful pool area and bar, and a nice gym too. Located not too far from downtown. Will definitely consider this spot again for a Palm Springs weekend!

Pool and hot tub are great. I love the on-site restaurant. Even though I didn’t have a pet with me this time, glad to know they’re pet friendly! I love that they allow any pet— Not just dogs. That alone would be a reason for me to come back. The room was clean and comfortable, However, mine hairdryer, and the dispensers were out of shampoo and conditioner—those are things I have come to count in every hotel so I don’t have to pack them. I made do with what I had (luckily) bc once I’m settled in my room, I prefer not to have people in it to replenish things and it was just for a couple of nights. Overall, though the pros outweigh the cons!

The negative: my first room smelled like urine (was offered a new room) and the towels were stained; carpet was old and stained to the point I did not feel safe walking barefoot on it; plaster had clear signs of water damage and peeling in some areas; furniture was broken; A/C unit was iffy; television did not work in my second room. The room interiors are in desperate need of an update- the carpets have to go! Positive: the exterior grounds seemed well maintained; staff were helpful and pleasant; two dining options conveniently on site; parking; I felt safe despite only a single lock.

Beautiful pool, great food, gorgeous landscaping, and comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the view is beautiful, and the vibe is laidback. Overall it was awesome. The room was showing its age, but it was clean and it was huge. It had a separate bedroom and a living room and it was well worth the money spent. We will definitely be going back.
