The room carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in sometime and the in-room Keurig did not work. The room decor was very tired. Noise from their night club was apparent in the guest rooms until very late. The kitchen/dining room was closed for a private function, however there was no function. Bottled water that was to be given out at the Front Desk had no bottles available and unfortunately the gift shop and coffee/bakery shops were closed late afternoon. What did make up for all the disappointments were the kind, generous actions of the Night Auditor and the Security person that made me a fresh pot of coffee at 5am! 😁

The location is perfect. It’s right in the centre of the downtown area very walkable to the design district. The room was excellent. The rest of the hotel feels like it needs some updating. It’s not a very welcoming environment when you walk in - and there is a lot of really loud music playing in the lobby and by the pool (which we could not hear in the room) But as far as a good place with a very nice room to stay, if you want to be in the middle of things in Palm Springs, it’s very good.

The property is a good value with larger rooms and plenty of space, and is generally clean. They are understaffed and the pool area needs a reboot especially, the Jacuzzi, which is lukewarm.

Decent hotel. Our balcony sucked, totally blocked by trees. Loud dumpter behind us. Lots of loud trucks in the early morning. Hotel was decent. Pool was ok. Employees were friendly.

Our stay was ok. The hotel does not offer breakfast, but there are a number of great places to eat in the downtown area. The room was clean. The property looks worn and could use a refresh.

My room wasn’t available until 4:55 pm. The hot water took 4-5 minutes to get warm. The gym was poorly equipped, and the only treadmill could only go faster, not slower. The music played at the pool all day was too loud. And the bar was almost always closed.

It would be nice if a property is going to have a huge amount of inappropriate things in the lobby during a group function of the Magnitude of the “Bear” convention it should be announced to the people stay there upon checking! At the very least on the Expedia page. It was very uncomfortable for every other person who doesn’t live that way or participate in those things! I would have been beyond horrified if I’d had kids with me.
