The staff was very nice, however the rooms are very outdated and badly in need of a remodel. We stayed in a large suite with a kitchenette that was sparsely decorated. It had two tv's, but only one worked. The tv that did turn on had a terrible picture quality. The room was clean, though. One of the stairwells had badly stained, old carpets and it smelled bad.

I am sorry to say that this property has seen better days. The staff, I'm sure, do their best, but the property itself is not very well kept. The rooms are old but a nice size. The ice machine had very limited availability (it dispensed ice for 3 seconds every 3 minutes), and there’s no water dispenser—only vending machines. Breakfast is not included, but there’s a nice-sized fridge and microwave in the room. The best part is definitely the pools. There are 8 pools with different temperatures, although one was closed when I visited. A lifeguard was present the whole time. Even when it’s a bit crowded, the variety of options makes it feel less so. I wish they would renovate the entire property. It’s a very nice 2-hour escape from Orange County and deserves more care.

So I wanted to give them a chance and make it right I stayed at this hotel arrived first day. Everything was great. Took my girlfriend for her birthday to get away for the weekend. I was given the option of paying cash for my room which I did and was told to give my card so they can, have a security deposit for the room I did that just to find out a week later I was never charged a security deposit and claim that gave them less than what I did Also claimed I gave Change with the bills that I gave them which was an outright lie, and when they checked, the cameras, saw that no change was given, and she still came up with excuses for her employees when I Talk to a manager Gave her a chance to make it right she said she’d give me a call back called numerous times. Never got a call back. Talk to her once.DONT PAY CASH because if your not careful and pay attention will rob u of some TERRIBLE MANAGERS/MANAGMENT/CUSTOMER SERVICE Forgot to add when I was talking to around the phone while she was reviewing the cameras she saw I did not give no change she saw I gave them bills big bills at thatc And still said the best she can do is give me $100 off my Next stay Crazy to think I would stay again especially after this The only upside were the housekeepers very nice people

It was amazing! The hot springs were great and there was a deck overlooking the hot springs!
