The pools were great! The property building could use a little upkeep. Carpets are dirty and stained and it’s a little dreary as far as the paint. There were some temperature difficulties one day. It was really really cold water in the room and another. It was scolding hot. It was rectified and a little inconvenient.

We went to Desert Hot Springs, me and my four children and this property looked amazing and it was amazing amazing motel amazing cool the only thing I have complained about is the service and the ladies were rude. They tried to discriminate against my friend and her kids saying it’s for seniors spa and that the kids need to calm down when we pay just as the seniors did they try to make this motel into a senior motel and Their overall customer service was terrible but the place was very nice the pool tonight everything else was perfectly fine

The shower didn't function properly. The water control valve was wore out or broken. It ruined my shower. I would dial in a comfortable temperature, and about 7 seconds later it would turn ice cold. I would adjust it again, only to have it revert again. I could tell from the feel of the handle that it was broken.

We arrived late in the day so did not get to use the hot springs. That part of the hotel looked nice; the lobby is lovely. The room was quite large and the bed comfortable. It could have used a lot more light; was very dark. We would stay there again.

The rooms are old and stale, in fact the whole resort is. There is only one temperature on the shower scolding!! I had my husband try to change it as I stood there being burnt, nope he couldn’t. I would have asked for a different room but we had a wedding to be at in an hour. The only good part was the server was nice in the restaurant and the hot springs.

Probably the worst hotel i have ever stayed at..no hot water, no tv remote, we called front desk and they would get on it ... no action/ or corrective action, restaurant was out of control was filthy on a positive note the waitress was pleasant and helpful. Relaxing mineral hot springs getaway

Wonderful trip for rest and relaxation. Nice older hotel and property with a lot of charm. Great restaurant (The Capri restaurant) inside. Fairly priced overall.

Rooms are average with new carpet kept clean. Various heated pools are available. However, the cool deck and tile trim needs cleaning and work. The service people were excellent. Especially Adam in the restaurant.

Our stay was a nice break from some rainy cold and some icy window mornings at home in the Sacramento area. Early morning in the hot pools is always lovely and it is fun to exchange conversations with other guests. Then having the restaurant in the hotel for breakfast after is the best.
