We've been to the site several times, and we've never had a problem! Staff is always very friendly and helpful!! Property is always nice and well kept. My only complainant is they didn't have a micbrowave available for use.... not even in the office!! If they do have refrigerators available for the rooms, but it kind of needed both it wasn't able to reheat anything so we ended up throwing food away.

Checked in and once in our room we discovered fleas. Headed back down to the front desk and after an hour if having an employee check the room they finely gave us another room. Would never stay here agaun. The walkway were dirty. The place is a dump.

Third time staying here - don’t miss this paradise of modern indulgence on I-10! The sparkling pool is the perfect oasis for lounging under the sun, offering a refreshing dip that’s just steps away from your room. The snack vending machine has an impressive array of options to satisfy any craving. My kids enjoy seeing Palm Desert’s finest patrolling the parking lot at night. It’s not every day you find such an exquisite blend of convenience and low expectations. (In all seriousness – it’s an acceptable, slightly dirty roadside motel)

Not very clean.

The room rates were good. It was nice to have a fridge with an actual freezer too. The sheets did not look like they were changed from the last customer. One bed had brown spots maybe dirt in between the sheets. The other bed had food in between the sheets.

This hotel is not providing the services & features as advertised in before the booking. No nonsmoking rooms, no room service, the heater is not working properly at the winter weather, not enough blankets for 4 people, even after saying breakfast is available, offering only tea/coffee.

They need new beds and better bedding. The A/C in my room was non functioning and a few other issues. I happen to be there on a sold out weekend, so that limited the ability to change rooms. The staff was nice.

Short stay

Basic room very small. Noisy, you can hear people in the next room and the people above walking around. Not very sound proof. They only provide 2 little bar soaps no shampoo or conditioner. But it did the job for a quick over night stay.

CLEAN sheets, towels and bath a must....not here

Filthy again. Last time thru (road trip stop one night) had 3rd room finally clean and had sheets. This time, dirty sheets. Asked for set of clean sheets to put on myself. These were dirty too. Will jot ever again stay here .
