Clientele was sketchy. Room was poorly maintained. Water from sink sprayed outward all over my clothes. Smell of cannabis and cigarette smoke everywhere. I did not feel safe.

I reserved a room for three people and we get to a room there are only two pillows. We had two double beds and one pillow on each bed. I went down to the front desk myself before heading to dinner and asked to get two more pillows. Went up to the room and there was no additional pillows after the front desk again and they said they don't have any extras. The place was not full by any means as the parking lot barely had any cars. They could have easily went to a room that was not being utilized and got pillows. How are three people supposed to use two pillows. Also the cover on the AC and heater was off and the room was so hot and I could never tell if I was turning it on cold or hot. All I know is it seems that it was either hot or very hot. Also zero amenities in the room. Not even the little bottles of shampoo anymore. You guys are also ripping people off because parking was an additional $5 which I'm fine with but then it came to $5 and $72. They said the 7210 was taxed but that is 17% and the tax in California is 7.2%. It might only be a few cents but when you guys are doing that to every customer that is ripping people off. I do not recommend this property at all. They scam you and horrible customer service. Also the beds were insanly uncomfortable. I woke up all throughout the night with horrible back pain.

I am a frequent weekend visitor to Palm Springs and find the Downtown Motel 6 to be a reliable place for the budget consious traveler who wants to be able to walk into town. The room are simple and very spartan with cheap, thin towels and often mattresses that are old and in need of replacement. You can't beat the price that close to the center of town.

Very reasonable and the room was clean and bedding comfortable. Recommend bringing axtra pillow if you can and a larger bath towel as you get 1 pillow and a very thin towel but as I said for the price its a great deal

I guess you get what you pay for. From the hookers to the car being broken into,whats to complain about? There was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom & the towel rack falling off the wall. They used duct tape for the back of the tv remote. The elevator was disgusting and made loud, shaking sounds.The only positive it was close to downtown PS.

Stayed here 4 years ago was better and clean This time was not good got in room smelled like smoke then people next to me went in and out of room 50 times i couldnt sleep. I finally got moved to another room that was litttle better but guest there seems to be the safest people without saying to much

They charged $5.75 extra to park your car, while is ridiculous, never saw that before. Hot tub was excellent but we got locked inside and gate had no way to get back out. Had to yell until someone walked by to let us out. No coffee pot, no microwave. No mini fridge, no breakfast, only has front desk coffee in morning. A guy with huge wire cutters in parking lot at night, people hanging out in the parking lot make it a bit uncomfortable.
