The restaurant and staff and choice of food was beyond my expectations, i would definitely rate that a 4 star. The spar facilities also fab! Hotel rooms i would rate a 3* as certain things are in need of an upgrade. Their was alot of noise all throughout the nights, "lots of knocking on doors, there was no consideration towards the other guests at all"! When notified reception, it was delt with very well however it's a constant turnover so the same problem with a different room, had minimal sleep over 2 of the nights. It was mentioned from a female member of reception staff that, we try and put all the old together on the same floor, "so what about young families with small children "do you also have a seperate floor for them"! Nobody likes to be put in a box only for you to accommodate the customer's you find matter the most!

Personnel serviable et avenant. Mais hôtel très bruyant. Chambre mal insonorisée. Fetards alcoolisés qui rentrent bruyamment toute la nuit. Peu reposant !

Schönes, neu renoviertes Hotel! Essen könnte bisschen besser sein, viele Gerichte waren leider kalt.

Ich muss dazu sagen, dass ich das Hotel relativ kurzfristig und günstig gebucht hatte. Man muss wie in fast allen Hotels in der Region Abstriche machen, was das Thema Hellhörigkeit auf den Zimmern angeht. Ansonsten kann man nicht viel verkehrt machen. Die Einrichtungen sind sauber, auch beim Essen findet man immer etwas. Als typisches 4-Sterne-Hotel würde ich es jedoch nicht bezeichnen. Es ist merkbar ein ursprüngliches 3-Sterne-Haus, was auf 4 Sterne hochgestuft wurde. Bitte einplanen - es liegt am Hang und es sind einige Minuten zu Fuß bis unten zum Strand (Ballermann 6-8)
