All was really good, very decent breakfast selection. Very good service. One star taken away for providing towel with holes. It would be also nice to provide a fridge in a room.

We had a good stay, hotel is very close to the beach, also pool area is great. Everybody is very nice and friendly, helped us to book some trips. Good breakfast and dinner options. Room was spacious, with balcony, just the bed was little too soft.

Hotel em boas condições , novo, porém quarto estava com areia (limpeza fraca), localização mediana (perto de mercado, perto do aeroporto) mas longe de metrô etc…, mas a ilha é muito grande, não impactou pois alugamos carro. Café da manhã EXCELENTE, muita variedade e até as 13:30. Voltaria!!

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Der Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung

Mir hat das Copaiba im Großen und Ganzen sehr gut gefallen. Pluspunkte sind die Einrichtung (alles neu und sehr stillvoll), der kurze Weg zum Strand und das wirklich sehr nette Personal. Wie in einer vorherherigen Bewertung bereits geschrieben, ist Alejandro der wohl sympathischste Mensch Mallorcas. Minuspunkte sind leider die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer (man hört leider alles vom Nachbarzimmer und Flur) und dass die tägliche Zimmerreinigung nach und nach nachlässt.- Es wird nach Ankunft nur noch oberflächlich sauber gemacht. Allerdings sind die Reinigungskräfte seitens der Reinigungszeiten sehr flexibel gewesen. Wollte man bspw. Vormittags ungestört im Zimmer sein, kamen sie mittags oder nachmittags noch ein Mal. Das Brunchkonzept hat mir auch sehr gut gefallen. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass so nicht so viele Hotelgäste auf einmal zum Essen kamen und die Atmosphäre entspannter und ruhiger war, als in anderen Hotels. Für ein 3-Sterne-Hotel ein sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis bei Buchung im Voraus. Ich würde wiederkommen.

Super schick, neu, sauber, gepflegt, unglaublich gutes Frühstück bis 13.30Uhr. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer wäre noch toll, aber ansonsten hat es uns an nichts gefehlt.

Das Hotel ist super und sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Es liegt perfekt zentral (Nähe Busstation, Flughafen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand, viele Restaurants und Ballermann). Brunch gibt es jeden Tag von 08:00 bis 13:30 Uhr und man darf mehrmals pro Tag essen gehen, was ish super fand. Die Angestellten sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Einzige negative Punkte: die Bettdecke hatte keinen Überzug, was etwas ekelig war, zudem sind die Zimmer sehr ringhörig. Einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer gibt es nicht und der Tresor kann nur durch Bezahlung benutzt werden. Dass man nicht rauchen darf, wie vielerorts hier beschrieben, ist zum Glück nicht so. Auf dem Balkon darf geraucht werden und bei der Lounge am Pool auch (auf den Liegen jedoch nicht).
